The Blog Experience - What To Do Next

In the blogging world things tend to move at a pretty fast pace, and if you don't stop and look around once in while, you might miss something pretty important. And that's what I want to talk about...I don't feel like I'm keeping up with the "trends", and I don't feel like there's much for me to talk about in the industry.

However, I want to keep The Blog Guidebook viable and available to my readers. The plan I've come up with is to post as many "bloggy" related events and posts from around the web here on this blog, so if you don't follow all those blogs then you won't miss anything. I love seeing what other big bloggers are up to and I can't wait to share them with you.

In other news...

Over the summer I have some big craft plans I will share with you as they happen. What do you want to see here? Do you want to share what you're doing? {Oh, and if you contacted me at the beginning of the year about becoming a contributor - I still want to talk to you! I've got your emails and I haven't forgotten}.

Congratulations also to all the graduates out there, I am so impressed with all the kids I know who are graduating high school. The future is looking a bright! I'd also like to say a big cheesy congratulations to a special gal who is graduating with honors from San Diego State University next week...I will be there with bells on!

So keep blogging everyone, and email me or comment about what you are looking for in the blogging world...let's make it happen!

Hugs xoxo,

Sarah

  1. Hi Sarah,
This is a bit self-serving...but I use my main blog for needlecrafts and to announce free classes that I host on other private blogs. In total, I manage about 25 blogs. I'm interested in helping women (and guys too) to create crazy quilt projects. Art Quilts if you will. My believe is that we all need a creative outlet in our life to truly be content...and for me...crazy quilting does this. So, I offer free online classes at all levels. So, I'm interested in blogs that help teachers stay organized and students stay entertained while learning. Hugs, Kathy from shawkl.com

  2. Hi there! I have a question (or two). What is the advantage of a custom domain? I've been using Blogger with blogspot.com as my address for a couple of years and Blogger now offers a custom domain for purchase. Also, if you believe there is an advantage to this, would you recommend purchasing one through Blogger or go to another site for a domain?

Comments are how we stay connected as bloggers. Let us know how you feel and we'll return the favor...stay calm and blog on!!! And guess what? You'll never find Word Verification on our blog...it gets kind of annoying when you can't read what WV wants you to verify right?
