Today we're thrilled to spotlight our latest sponsor—Gadanke— a handmade journal shop full of gorgeous, organic travel journals, baby books, prayer journals, and personal diaries. They’re not your typical blank books. Gadanke journals are filled with writing prompts to help celebrate your story.
Gadanke is founder Katie's dream business come true. Katie is an American splitting time between life in a 480 square foot apartment in Berlin, Germany and—get this—a house made of recycled tires in the rural Rocky Mountains of the United States, with her German husband, Martin.
As Katie says, her goal is to help you think about your world, laugh, and most of all - celebrate your stories. Your story matters. She wants to help you create the type of personal books that will be treasured.
Gadanke is a proud recipient of the EcoStar Award for green business practices. Yeah!
Katie also blogs at Making This Home, where she writes about her life in Berlin and in the Rocky Mountains, crafts, being eco-conscious and all things fabulous. She's an extraordinary writer, environmentalist, and crafter and we're so pleased to spotlight her today. Please help us welcome Katie! And happy writing!

Comments are how we stay connected as bloggers. Let us know how you feel and we'll return the favor...stay calm and blog on!!! And guess what? You'll never find Word Verification on our blog...it gets kind of annoying when you can't read what WV wants you to verify right?

Katie's shop is so fabulous! I am the lucky owner of one of her journals and I just love it. Plus, Gadanke is famous - I saw her journals featured on Design Mom last year - how cool is that?
