Yesterday I spent about 15 minutes helping a blogger in need. This blogger had emailed me specific questions about problems she was having with her blog. It just made so much more sense to actually TALK to her one on one. It's hard to believe that, yes, we actually spoke on the PHONE! That got my mind spinning! Are there other bloggers who have questions that would more easily be answered with a quick phone call?
If this could be you, then please leave a comment under this post. I am considering one or two days a month where I can call you and help you with your questions...or just give you support.
Keep Blogging!
Ooo! A blog Club would be great. I'm in. : )
ReplyDeleteI do have a question! I just recently received a blog makeover and wanted to change my fonts. I wanted my sidebar fonts to be one thing (something kind of fun) and my main posts font to be something else (easier to read) but it won't let me. It's all or nothing even when I click on sidebar font, it's not letting me change just the sidebar font. Any advice would be appreciated.
ReplyDeleteThank you!
The Blog club sounds great too! Keep me posted.
welll...just when I was seriously considering closing my blog. I even have the final blog ready, but now with a support system I may have to second thought this. Thank you for your wonderful blog! You gals are amazing!
ReplyDeleteHi Sarah,
ReplyDeleteI registered for the book club, but it only allowed me to register as a mediator and not as a member. I'm pretty sure I'm not a mediator :D so I wanted you to know.
Looking forward to participating and I know what you mean about talking to someone in person. It's much easier to walk them through the fixes.
Suesan, I fixed the glitch! Wow, it's always something eh?
ReplyDeleteA Mediator would be someone who would make dates for group meetings (online), or ask group questions etc.
You could probably do it!
@The Simple Woman,
ReplyDeletePlease don't shut down your blog! What can we do to assist you?
Don't a lot of women do your Simple Woman's journal?
Keep in touch!
That sounds like a great idea. Can't wait.
ReplyDeleteSounds great...
ReplyDeleteI'm using the Stretch Minima layout in blogger and find this is great in many ways but also limiting. Why is is so limiting and should I consider another format? Would love to be able to have the menu bar across the top; About Me, Featured On, etc...don't know how!
Thank so much for offering so much help!

ReplyDeleteI need some help on how to make ad blocks on blogger. I want them all neatly together so they do not take up so much space by listing them one under another. Please!!!!
ReplyDeleteI am so excited the Blog Club is starting early.
ReplyDeleteI was trying to add the share buttons from addthis.com and it messes up my blog. The onlyway it looks ok now is by reverting to the classic layout

Hi Sarah,
ReplyDeleteI would LOVE to be part of the "Blog Club." I do not get a lot of comments on my blog, although I know that there are lurkers out there...it would be fun to connect with some different people. GREAT idea.
Ciao bella,
Suzanne
I would love to be able to call and talk to someone for blog help. I am a beginner blogger.
ReplyDeleteOh, wow. I've been hunting obsessively for resources! I've even emailed bloggers whose designs I really like and a lot of them don't even respond. I would love to chat and get some resources so I can have a pretty blog too!
ReplyDeleteWhen I enter a new post, it goes in it's entireity to my followers. I would like only a teaser to go to my followers so they must go to the blog to completely read it. Can you help me, please.
ReplyDeleteThanks for all you do to help us fledging bloggers.
sigh. i need some blog help! i use blogger and my blog is www.whitehouseontheprairie.blogspot.com. specifically, my comments section is driving me nuts and i am not sure how to fix it. as of now, you have to click a link that says "no comments" and then leave a comment. how do i make it so that there is a box that says something like leave your comments here, WITHOUT having to click a link?
ReplyDeleteHi Roganne, got your message. If you can email me directly I can help you. You are a "no reply blogger" so I can't email you back. I checked out your blog and there are few things you can do to change your No comments etc. I will also check to see if we have any posts that can help you out. Thanks!
Deletealso, i forgot to say please and thank you :)
ReplyDeletesorry, frustration is setting in :)
