It's Tuesday again! We've got quite an extensive list of Tuesday Linky Parties that you can spend the day enjoying! Linkies are a great way to find new blogs and be found too! Have fun and look for other days of the week and more linky info in our nav bar.

    this is great!

    i think a post on the difference between linky parties and blog hops might be in order.

    linky parties are attached to a certain topic, like my "Friday Confessional" and people link up their posts on that topic. then people go around and read each others posts and leave a thoughtful comment on that person's post.

    a blog hop is where people just hop around and leave a link and some generic cut and past comment "i am your newest follower, follow me back" and nothing about the person's post.

    BIG difference. Blog hops are fine, a lot of people enjoy doing them and gathering followers, i personally only want followers who are actually reading my posts.

    Often someone will mistake a linky party for a blog hop and link and run...which is kinda rude.

    maybe you guys can help with this. maybe divide the linky parties from the blog hops. and do a post on the topic.

    Oops. I thought they were the same thing.

    I do leave thoughtful comments but I don't think I "hop" enough. I'm going to start working on that.
